We recommend completing the balance payment in advance via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer for a smooth and fully confirmed travel experience.

As an alternative, full payment can also be made in cash upon your arrival in Lima. However, this option is subject to prior coordination and availability, as all services must be secured before the start of your trip.

Please note that payments made by credit card or PayPal are subject to a 5% service fee. Bank checks and traveler’s checks are not accepted.

Luggage Storage

We offer secure luggage storage free of charge, either at your hotel or coordinated with our team. This is especially useful for multi-day itineraries where you may not need all your belongings during certain segments of the journey.

We recommend storing valuable items such as passports, electronics, and important documents in your hotel safe for added security.

Pick-Up Information

All pick-ups are arranged directly from your hotel in each destination included in your itinerary, including Lima, Arequipa, Puno, and Cusco.

Your exact pick-up time will be confirmed one day in advance. Due to traffic and local conditions, pick-up times may vary slightly. In historic areas such as Cusco, some hotels have limited vehicle access, so a nearby meeting point may be arranged if necessary.

Group Travel & Customization

This itinerary combines organized services with free time to allow flexibility throughout your journey. We operate both small-group and private options, depending on your preference.

If you are looking for a more personalized experience, this tour can be customized, including hotel upgrades, private services, or additional activities.

Travel Conditions in Peru

Traveling across Peru involves different climates and altitudes. You will experience coastal weather in Lima, high-altitude conditions in Cusco and Puno, and varying temperatures throughout the journey.

Occasionally, local strikes or unexpected events may affect travel schedules. In such cases, our team will adjust the itinerary to ensure your safety and maintain the best possible experience.

Personal Belongings

While our team takes care of logistics, travelers are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

We recommend carrying important items such as your passport, money, and electronics securely. Always double-check your belongings before leaving any location during the trip.
