Payment Options

We are a professional tour operator and travel agency based in Cusco. Below, you will find the available payment options for completing your reservation.

For most regular services, a deposit of 40% per person is required to confirm your booking. This deposit covers essential items such as permits, entry tickets (e.g., Machu Picchu, Inca Trail, Train tickets), and reservations. The deposit amount may vary depending on the service selected. Please note, we require both your personal information and deposit details to confirm your reservation.

We offer four payment methods to make this process convenient for you:

1.- Credit or Debit Card

A 5.0% bank fee is applied for payments made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Diners Club. This fee will be automatically added to the total amount. Once the payment is processed, we will confirm your reservation by email.

2.- PayPal

PayPal can be used for both deposits and final payments. Please note that PayPal charges a 5.5% transaction fee, which will be added to the payment amount.

After making the payment, kindly send us the confirmation email from PayPal for verification. If used for the final payment, this must be completed at least one month before the service date. Please ensure the payment is made in USD.

3.- Western Union

Western Union is available for both deposit and final payment. Payments can be made online or at any Western Union location.

After completing the transfer, please provide the MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) for us to track the payment. If used for the final payment, this must be completed at least one month prior to the service. Please ensure the payment is made in USD.

4.- International Bank Transfer

Bank transfers can be used for both deposits and final payments. The relevant bank details will be provided via email. Please note that all international bank fees are to be covered by the client, otherwise, the fee will be added to the final balance.
